Your use/access/browsing of the Application or Website or the Services or products or registration (with or without payment/with or without subscription) through any means shall signify Your acceptance of the Terms and Your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

The User expressly grants permission to the Company (including affiliates) to contact him/her through telephone, SMS, e-mail, and hold the Company indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties in case the User’s mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. The Company reserves the right to monitor usage to provide mentoring and feedback.
The Company’s products are compatible only with certain devices/tablets. We are not obligated to provide services for incompatible instruments. The Company shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the tablet or hardware resulting from Your use of our products.
Strict Adherence to 2026-27 Policy:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account information. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.

In no event shall the Company be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by You.
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Further, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in GWALIOR, MADHYA PRADESH and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
The Company has the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application or Services at any time without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Marketing Consent: You consent to Bhautiki Plus having the exclusive, irrevocable right to use your information for marketing and publicity purposes including in case of your selection in medical/engineering entrance exams, Olympiads, etc. This applies even if you have taken support from other institutes.
Notices: Notices should be sent to the Company via email at the designated support address.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
Any feedback You provide shall be deemed non-confidential. The Company shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis without compensation to You.
