Fee & Refund Policy
1. Fee Payment Terms
- Students must pay the full course fee or the first installment at the time of admission.
- Admission will be confirmed only after successful fee payment.
- Fees can be paid via cash, online transfer, or other approved payment modes.
- Installment सुविधा (if applicable) must be strictly followed as per schedule.
2. Non-Transferable & Non-Adjustable Fees
- Fees once paid are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other student or course.
- Batch change or course change (if allowed) will be subject to management approval only.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be considered only if applied within the specified time frame from the date of admission.
- Registration fees / admission charges are strictly non-refundable.
- If a student withdraws:
- Before classes begin: Partial refund may be applicable after deduction of admission charges.
- After commencement of classes: Refund will be processed based on the number of classes attended and administrative deductions.
- No refund will be provided after a certain period (e.g., 30 days) from course commencement.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with fee receipt and necessary documents.
- Refund will be processed within 15–30 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
5. Cancellation by Institute
- In case Gaikwad Classes cancels a batch or course, students will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
6. Discipline & Conduct
- No refund will be provided if a student is expelled due to misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institute rules.
7. Study Material & Services
- Charges for study materials, test series, or digital services are non-refundable once issued or accessed.
8. Final Authority
- The decision of Gaikwad Classes management will be final and binding in all matters related to fees and refunds.
